We have the capabilities to close any real estate transaction throughout Ontario through our contactless closing, which utilizes our Unique Process and affordable all-in fees.
REMOTE SIGNING
Before your closing, meet with your Client Representative through video conference to sign the necessary documentation.
ELECTRONIC DESPOSIT
Our office has the capabilities for you to provide and receive funds electronically. Our current operations include BMO, RBC, TD, CIBC, Simplii Financial and Scotiabank.
DOCUMENT COURIER SERVICE
Original documents can be couriered, and our office will provide you with the shipping label.
